doc I have diagnosed with spondolitis fibromyalgia, Also i have have extreme belly pain at times and skin that is so dry that i get itchy soars. I have peripheral neuropathy. I I am very weak I have low than high heoglobin levels I have been tested for mediteranian fever celiac disease i have or ver lo lion i am a beriatric patient I am out of options and all kinds of pain meds please help

You need a comprehensive treatment schedule with a neurologist and an gastro-enterologist for which appointments with the specialists may be sought.The choice for pain killers (fibromyalgia) are many but it should be carefully monitored in a clinic periodically.
Fibromyalgia is controllable with Gabapentin drug under supervision and coeliac diesease has certain diet modifications as avoidance of wheat and supplementation of vitamins and minerals
