Along with this I also have vit D def. and osteoporosis , for which I have been taking Ca and vit D supplements and osteophos for the past 2 months. Hi
your problems are osteoporosis, vit d deficiency, and anks pons.
Regarding the osteoporosis and vit d def your management is calcium, vit D and osteophos is good . If even it is not cured you can think of other drugs like ibandronate, strontium maleate, zoldronic acid. calcitonin nasal spray.
Regarding Ankylosing spon for pain in body and uveitis ( a part of this disease). you may be benefited with DMRD , analgesics, and steroids under supervision of of doctor.
Wait till acute period subside.
After this exercise is the good remedy.
If again you get the relapse of acute phase , again you control the acute phase with help of doctor.
This disease never go with it roots .
In life acute phase may get as relapse.
Good exercise and life style can prevent the relapse
You hav to learn to live with the nature of disease.
