Diagnosed With Third Testicles, Testosterone Level Normal. What Are The Possible Effects Of A Third Testicle On Erectile Function?

My husband had a third testicle drop at the age of about 21 or 22. It has been diagnosed as a true third testicle by a team of urologists. However, at that exact time he began not having his morning erection . He can still acheive and maintain an erection at other times, and his testosterone level is normal. What are the possible effects of a third testicle on erectile function in the future?
