Diagnosed With Threatened Miscarrage, Still Pregnant But No Sac. Bad Cramps With Pink Discharge. What To Do?

I have already been diagnosed with threatened miscarrage at 5 weeks. I had bleeding for 12 days then it stoped . Sonogram showes I'm still pregnant but no baby in sac at 5 weeks and four days. They told me it could be to soon. But now I'm having cramps in my back and butt. Along with pinkish brown discharge . What could it be?

Hello dear,
Thanks for the query, repeat the scan after 2 weeks. Check if there is fetal nodule or fetal cardiac activity, if its not there it could be sign of Missed abortion. All the best.
Hope I answered your question, Kindly reply me if you have any further queries or any comments. I will be very happy to help you.
Sincerely,
Dr Arif
