Hello,

Metronidazole tab is not harmful to your baby at this stage of pregnancy. You can use metronidazole or clindamycin vaginal cream at bed time. It is more effective.

Maintain genital hygiene properly, avoid wearing tight fitting underwear, keep the genital area dry, avoid douching & chemical cosmetics/ scented bath products etc.

All the best.
