Hello,
You are doing really very good.
Carry n with your medications but make sure that along with medications you must take complete diet control along with regular aetobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.It is very important to keep a tight control on blood sugar levels, blood pressure levels and blood cholesterol levels.
A tight control on all these parameters shall keep you away from long term complications of diabetes called as micro vascular and macro vascular complications.
Diabetes is known as silent killer disease and so be always very careful about your diet, weight, exercises and regular medications.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
After going through the available details, You have Diabetes Type II and Obesity.
Your progress regarding control of blood sugar is very good.
This is also good that you have lost weight also, I presume this is intentional.
The treatment given to you is good it contains Metformin and Sitagliptin, you will need to bring down Fasting blood sugar to approximately 100 mg/dl and postprandial is reasonably controlled.

Please take care of diet and regular exercise apart from drug therapy and periodic check up is required.
Please also check Lipid profile, Uric acid, Vitamin D3, B12 level, Kidney function and HbA1c level.

Please follow instruction of your Physician and take care of your health.
Good Luck.
