Did Tamoxifen Cause Shoulder Pain?
I started tamoxifen Tuesday and on Thursday morning I started having severe pain in my right shoulder radiating down toward my shoulder blade and sometimes up onto my neck and sometimes down in my left arm , would this be a sued effect of this medication?

This isn't a reported side effect of Tamoxifen
It could be from a pinched nerve in your neck so you need an MRI of the cervical spine to check for a ruptured disk
