All those foods which increase production of thyroxine hormone should be avoided.These foods have high iodine content.
Example are
Oats,almonds,pistachoios,cashews,garlic,coconut,spinach,beans etc.
Seafoods
Herbs like cinnamon and fennel.
Fruits like apples,mangoes,strawberries etc.
