Hi sir,, Good morning ...What is difference between A+ and A1+ blood group..Because i am going to get marry A positive blood group girl (she is my aunty daughter & my father sister daughter )& my blood group A1 positive..

There is no problem with marrying someone of a different blood type. Sometimes, if you are a negative blood type, and you spouse is a positive blood type, then you may need medicine during pregnancy to prevent yo from forming antibodies to your baby's blood.
