i am 30 yr old..marriied for 2.5 years..have not planned for family in intially 2 years..& now due to family pressure to get family..facing problem due to anxiety in getting & sustaining erection ....have done my semen analysis its perfect..but face problem in enterring ino my wife s vagina due to weak erection now....a year back..i used to have verty hard erections..please suggest...have tried tazzle 10mg its ineffceice...caverta 100mg gives strong ercetion..but subsides when i enters ino vagina.....

Don't put pressure on yourself to get family by some body.
Sexual performance is a mental response to organs.
When your mind is anxiety free,without tension then only your parasympathetic nervous system gets stimulated & you gets sexual arousal.
Erection is not affect your chances to have a family.so don't measure how strong it is.
ejeculation in fertile period needed to get pregnant your wife.
Medicine may cause erection but it is not needed in present situation.
So don't worry use correct period you will get your child in next couple of cycles.
