Dg. Discarthrosis vertebrae. I suffer from the neck disk C4/5. During the night I have noisy in the ears. I can t sleep for almost two hours after I go to the toilet. Light pains on the neck and shoulder . Dizziness sometimes. Middle back pains. The main problem is noisy in the ears and why I wake up at 2 in the morning and then I can sleep. Any suggestions.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Avoid taking NSAIDS/ pain killers orally and any other ototoxic drugs. can apply locally acting gel for pain or consult your doctor for this. Use B-complex tablets for few weeks and if no response, go for ENT consultation. May need an audiological examination/consultation.
