Disc osteophyte complex with protrusion type of right paracentral disc herination at C5-C6 level,resulting in compression on thecal sac, lateral recess (RT>LT) traversing nerve roots (RT>LT) and narrowing of neural foramina (RT>LT) and spinal canal stenosis. there is presence of disc osteophyte complex at C6-C7 level,resulting in compression on thecal sac and narrowing of the neural foramina and spinal cord stenosis. disc osteophyte complex at C4-C5 level, resulting in compression on thecal sac and spinal canal stenosis at this level. disc-osteophyte complexes at C2-C3 & C3-C4 levels with mild compression on thecal sac.
