Disc Prolapse Should Be Rectified By Surgery Or By Ayurvedic Treatment?

Actually now i have pain in the left leg below knee area when i sit idle for abt 10 mins.then i cant bent my left leg more than 20 degrees. This is my MRI scan result of Spine LUMBAR region. Posterior and postero lateral disc prolapse at L4-L5 causing moderate thecal sac and neural foraminal compression(L>R). Dr. Lokesh,LEO hospital Kalpetta suggested a major surgery of 1hr 15 mins time. in this they will remove the disc. But there isnt 100% guarantee that it will cure the pain successfully. Ayurveda doctor Padmnabhan said that pls do not think about surgery. he suggested 1 month ayurvedic treatment at hospital then abt 9 month medicines(kashayam).
