hello doc . recently i had unprotected sex and after about 7 days i started noticing some white discharge from my penis. i consulted my GP and gave me kanamycin 2g stat and doxycycline 100 bd for 7 days. after the seven days the discharge has stopped but i realised that when i squeeze my penis the was some little discharge that looks like semen. i then took ciprofloxacin 500mg sta on my own (am a pharmacist by profession) but again after 7 days i still see the semen especially when i squeeze my peniss in the afternoon and i fell some pain in my testicles though they are not swollen. i went to see my GP again and he said there was nothing to worry about but he gave me azithromycin 500 mg od for three days and cefuroxime 1g stat, but am still seeing the discharge, what could this be. am now worried.
