Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic Discoloration of face is rather a broad term. It can include any hyperpigmentary problems. The cause for your pigmentation has to be ascertained. A consultation with a dermatologist practicing cosmetology will help in diagnosis. Sunlight induced photo-pigmentation, freckles and UV spots, Melasma, Seborrhoeic melanosis, Addisonian pigmentation,Vitamin B12 deficiency, acanthosis nigricans etc are all causes of pigmentation and needs to be ruled out.
Please continue using sunscreen and re apply every 3-4 hours during the day.Your diet also seems to be fine. Chemical peels and micro-dermabrasion will help if you take many sittings provided you rule out internal causes of pigmentation. Hope this helped Take care
