Hi sir, i am kashif. i am from patna. i am 26 years old. The problem is that
i operated hydrocele operation(right testiciles) in 2005. After couple of months i feel discomfort in right leg, sometimes numb, heaviness. So since last 6 years i am very worried about this. i could not concentrate my studies. please help us for relevant query. if you do this immediately . i will obliged to you

Hi Mr.Kashif, I personally don"t think that there is any relationship between hydrocoele surgery and leg discomfort.
Your symptomatology of discomfort, numbness and heaviness in leg suggests that you have LUMBAR DISC DISEASE with radiculopathy with typical presentation.
Since you are having the symptoms since 6 years,Conservative treatment with medicines, rest, physiotherapy will be of not much help. I suggest you to have an MRI scan of the Lumbar spine which picks up all the problems in the spine.
Consult an orthopedic / spine surgeon and follow his advice.

Please make one thing very clear in your mind that operation for hydrocele ( testis ) is nothing to do with your right leg discomfort.
However it may be a coincidence that problem started after surgery.
As you mentioned that there is numbness and heaviness in right leg.
Get in blood examination for C B C, sugar, lipid profile, calcium level.
May be thrombosis in leg,
May be due to sciatica,
Involvement of lumbar-sacral vertebrae.
So consult a physician/orthopaedician and get their opinion.
