Suggest Treatment For Plantar Fasciitis

I have plantar fasciitis on left foot and my leg has numbness from the knee halfway up to the leg. Could the numbness be related to the plantar fasciitis because I already had plantar fasciitis when my leg had the numbness feeling. Thank You for your help

UNderstand your concern.
Yes numness can occur in plantar fasciitis.
Following are symptoms of plantar fasciitis:
Pain in foot and achillies tendon and in calf muscle
It also associated with swelling and numbness
Following are the risk factors: overweight, chronic standing, excessive exercise

Following are the treatment:
Complete rest
Keep your leg in warm water
NSAIDS: ibuprufen
Wear orthotic device for plantar fasciitis
If not respond do above
You can take shockwave therapy
Injection of steroids

Still not respond and more than 6-8 months you should go for surgery.
