Discomfort In Stomach And Dizziness After Changing Medicines For Hypertension. What Does It Indicate?

I am taking Stalopam Plus in night & Metofid in Morning from last 6 months to come my BP in normal stage, but right now doctor has given me Metofid & only Stalopam,

But after taking this whole day I feeling some uneasy for stomach & un cauntions.

Please help for the same.

Metofid is Metoprolol / beta blocker given for rate or pressure
It is not clear, which one was withdrawn...
