Dislocated Knee Cap, Keeps Slipping Out. Wearing A Knee Brace. Treatment?

Hi, my knee cap dislocated when I was 8 1/2 months pregnant. I went into labour from falling, it is now 3 1/2 months later and my knee has not healed. It keeps feeling like it is slipping out. I have been wearing a brace but am not able to rest much as I have 2 toddlers and an infant. What would you suggest to help stabalize my knee and keep it from sliding out again?

hi sexysweetheart
looking at he history it seems that you had patella dislocation only once which could be managed with physiotherapy and braces.
but if it is recurrent that is 2-3 times every year then you may need a surgical managent for that . hence kindly consult a orthopedic surgeon.
