i have just suffered a partial acl injury 20 days back. My MRI has shown that the the there is partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament. after 20 days of bed rest i am back to work with putting a long knee brace on my left knee and with very little walking. what are the precautions i need to take?? is there a need for surgery too?? how long will take to heal permanently.. and what are the chances of it happening again?? can i exercise again if not play any sport??
