Hello,
You need to consult your doctor to see that your ear infection has setttled down or not.
If yes then you can start with vestibular rehabilitation exercises----
Put a finger in front of your eyes and then move the finger up down ,right left and follow it with your eyes slowly.
Turn your head right left slowly
daily go for walk in morning and evening
In a vehicle sit in the front seat and with eyes open, you can also take cinnarizine tablet before any travel after consulting your doctor.
For chest pains go consult physician and get done an electrocardiogram.
