Dizziness And Vomiting After Excessive Alcohol Intake. Pain While Breathing, Chest Heaviness. Due To Esophageal Strain?

I'm 24, female, 160 lbs, drank quite a bit of alcohol 48 hours ago after not being intoxicated for a about a year, I vomited (self-induced) four times really hard, not much came up each time but it relieved my dizziness more and more each time I vomited which is why I kept doing it, woke up the next morning with heavy chest, ribs hurt, lungs seem to hurt when I breathe/laugh, sore throat... Is it just because I hadn't thrown up in over a year and I kept making myself do it even after my body didn't need to anymore? It almost feels like when a muscle gets sore after you exert it, maybe my esophagus hurts because I exerted it? Please help. No medical history of anything abnormal.

Dear,
The pain is due to the forced self induced vomiting which did put strain on your ribs, throat and oesophagus. So now u take rest, take some antacid gel to soothe ur oesophagus and throat, take cold sips of juice/liquid and if required u can take some pain killers for body pain after food.Further on stay away frm alcohol and forced self induced vomiting.TAKE CARE.
