Dizziness, Cold Hands And Feet, Sore Eyes, Faster Heartbeat, Headache, Weakness. History Of Only 3 Hours Of Sleep. Reason?

Hello docter I've been feeling dizzy for a while know I didn't get much sleep only about 3 hours.My hands got really cold and it wasn't even cold out.same thing with my feet.my eyes got sort of red my heart beat felt a little bit faster than normal.short of breath once a while,feeling weak,and headaches...any reason why all those are happening

Good sleep of at least 6 hrs is required for a person to feel fresh and healthy.your symptoms are due to sleep deprivation.
Dizziness however is a common complaint in people having low blood pressure. When the blood pressure is too low, not enough oxygen-rich blood is being delivered to the brain, and its function can be affected.
Low blood pressure may be the result of an underlying illness or disease, or it may be a normal physiologic condition. Some common reasons for low blood pressure include the following:Anemia ,dehydration, Fever also can cause a significant amount of water loss due to increased metabolic rate and excessive sweating as the body tries to cool itself.
