Dizziness, Fainting Spells, Fatigue, Pain In Hands And Arms. All Tests Normal. Anxiety Related?
I cant stand up for longer than about 2 minutes on the same stop? I feel dizzy often and faint often, always feeling weak and tired! ive had tests for lots of things that have came back negative so doctors put it down to anxiety which I believe is not true, I also have very strange and bad pain in hands and arms when doing anything
Anxiety disorders can manifest not only with psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness, hot and cold sensations, palpitation, chest pain, dizziness, muscle spasm and tiredness etc.
You may also need some imaging study of brain to rule out intracranial lesion causing dizziness. It is good you are getting yourself investigated for medical illness and investigations are normal, but same time it is better to get evaluated by psychiatrist to rule out anxiety and start treatment accordingly.
Wish you good health and all the best.
