Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. you have 2 separate issues. 1 is irregular periods, which may be due to the anemia, infection, or poly cystic ovarian syndrome. All other symptoms appear to be due to the gastric hyper acidity, may be due to irritant foods, alcohol, anxiety, or peptic ulcer. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
