Hi, From history it seems that due to having cervical spondilitis you get this problem. Go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy and if require cervical traction after consulting your orthopedic surgeon. Avoid putting pillow under your neck. Take calcium, vitamin A and supplements. Take B!, B6, B12 shots or oral capsules. Ok and take care.
