General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, dizziness with lower back pain and blood in stools are secondary to intestine pathology with secondary anemia due to blood loss in most of the cases.
* An immediate consultation with your primary care provider and referral of gastroenterologist for diagnostic colonoscopy and stool microbiology in the lab are mandatory proceedings.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
