General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Looking at your history, it mostly seems like an colicky pain probably due to a renal stone so I would suggest you to drink plenty of water first about 8-10 litres per day and then if it doesn't relieve can go for an abdomen and pelvis USG to rule out further.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajatha S. S., General & Family Physician
