Hello Dear and thanks for the query
In my opinion your all symptoms are due to anxiety or stress. You needs to change your life style and spend time with your dear ones. A change in place or vocational tour may help you. Can do exercise, yoga or meditation to reduce you stress and get change your mood. The stress may be office related or personal, try to avoid it as much as possible and try to get a feeling of well being. If this all does not work and not able to control your feeling than you need to consult your psychiatrist for proper counselling and treatment.
Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes
