Dizziness, Nausea. Low Blood Pressure. How Can I Raise The Blood Pressure?

I felt dizzy and nauseous one morning and thought I was going to pass out, I had to sit on the floor immediately where I was at. I used to think it was low blood sugar but when I saw a specialist she said my sugar levels are perfect. So when this happened I checked my sugar which was 90 then checked my blood pressure . It was 77/48. What can I do when this happens to get my bp up quickly?

increase your salt and water intake and start yoga specifically focus on your calf muscles . You may need tab fludricortisone in case the above therapies dont help.
