Dizziness, Sweating In The Mid Of Sleep, Had Eaten Excessive Sea Food. Cyanide Poisoning?

Hi, I woke up suddenly in my sleep, feeling dizzy, sweating but not hot, the room temp was 25 degree celcius, that was one hour ago. I never had this symptom before, right now still feeling dizzy, my face is not red, i did have 2 cup of coffee and 2 beers last night and that was about 8 hours ago. I also had quite alot of sea food so i was thinking maybe I had cyanide poisoning from seafood?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

You don't have to worry and read too much into these things. Eating excess sea food need not cause cyanide poisoning. Coffee and beer together might have created your problem. But nothing to worry. You were anxious about your food and drinks prior to going to sleep. That might have triggered the anxious feeling and dizziness of the night. Just relax. Consult a psychologist or I can help you online if you desire so for counseling.
Good luck. Enjoy.
