Dizzy Sensation, Worse In Morning, Heaviness In Facial Sinuses. Normal Test Results. Advice?
For 4 months I have been experiencing a very mild "dizzy" sensation.... not a spinning, but a feeling of being "off". Brain, ear, neck mri's all normal, head ct normal, blood work and vitals all normal, eye exam was normal... Always worse in the morning. Have never fallen or needed to hold on to something. Almost feels like it's in my sinus because I do have some heaviness in facial sinuses....sometimes I do get a warm feeling (sweating) but onIy for a few minutes. The episodes can last an hour or up to 6 hours on and off. I am a 55 year old female... so I do not want to be told it's hormonal until all other solutions are looked at... any advice?
Hi, you had giddyness, since 4 months, neck, C.T.scan, sinuses, every thing is normal. It may be the infection of the internal ear, or may be the anemia, anxiety etc. Though possibilities are less, could be harmone dependant. It can be confirmed by the estimation of the harmones, and corrected by the harmone replacement therapy. Thank you.
