Do Allopurinol, Omeprazole And Atenolol Cause Elevated Liver Enzymes?

What do you think would be most likely to cause my 63 year old husband to have elevated liver function tests: Long term use of Allopurinol, long term use of omeprazole, or long term use of atenolol? They all appear to have this as a possible side effect?
