Hi doc. Can you please tell me which of the following drugs prevents a person from going into deep sleep-Alprazolam, Ativan , Valium, pacitane. I got addicted to Ativan and to taper it off, I slowly reduced its dosage. As for Ativan I came down from 20mg to 6mg. Besides I m taking 15 mg of Valium. And 6 to 8 mg of pacitane- spread across the day. Is it true that alprazolam reduces stuttering. Thanking you and waiting for your advice. With regards. Suraj.
