Do CoQ10 And Ubiquinol Interact With Xarelto?

I am a nutrition student and would like to know whether there is any contraindication in taking COQ10 Ubiquinol and 1000 mg EPA with Xarelto. Supplements to support a very bad episode of diverticulitis and Xarelto will be taken soon for suspected blood clot. Scan for blood clot scheduled for 14 Nov 16.

Hi,

These two medications can be taken together since there is no scientific evidence that some interactions or serious side effects exist. SO if there is medical indication then it can be taken just be sure to take it in recommended dosage. Also, you must be sure that you are not allergic to any ingredient of these drugs. If you start to feel any signs such as breathing difficulties or rash, you should stop medications and see a doctor.
