Do Duphaston And Cobal-F Affect Fetal Growth?

first time i went to doctor, i was talked that i have twin babies(in 6th week of pregnancy), then she asked me to take duphaston(3 times a day) and cobal F (1 time a day). but when i go to next doctor (another doctor, for several reason), one of my babies was not growing up. i felt so sad. was it caused by those medicine?

Hi,

Cobal F or Duphastone doesn't cause any fetal defects. Cobal F has folic acid which prevents neural tube defects. Have proper follow up with your obstetrician and take nutritious food.
