Hello doctor, I m 32 yrs old, I have been diagnosed with PCOS since many years & trying to conceive for my 2nd baby. My LMP was on 20th June (after 63days), as per doctors prescription took Fertyl 100 from 3rd day for 5 days. Also taking Obimet 500 everyday & M2 tone twice a day since day 3. Have been testing with ovulation test kit since day 10 but unfortunately till date it is negative. Since fertyl 100 has been taken, do u think that ovulation will happen for sure and how long should I wait?.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Ferry helps in inducing ovulation (which is essential for conception) & performing helps for reducing insulin resistance (which is cause for PCOD).
With this combination you can conceive with having sex on the day LH test gets positive for 3-4 consecutive days. Be in touch with your treating specialist for other supportive medication as per need from time to time.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
