Hi: I am not sure you are male or female as you have not mentioned in your question. Well, if you are female this could be physiological breast enlargement that occurs below menarche. If are a male, it could be Gynecoamstia that occurs in male during normal puberty and uasually disappears. Tumors are very unlikely at this age. Do not be worried or scared as these could be normal for this age.
