Hi,thanks for query.Heart attack or brain stroke is normally a result of atheroscelorosis along with other factors like hypertension,diabetes etc.Your lipid profile is not normal but still only report can not be treated.Please visit your doctor and get your self properly examined and improve your life style to avoid risk of any disease in future.If you are in asian this is common to have low hdl and high ldl.This makes asians more prone to this disease.
