Hello Doctor .. My name is Ali & my age is of 24years...not married..having safe sex ....actually on my scrotum there is a problem,,where some of my skin has come up forming 5-6 bubble moles(massa)..& even many times it keeps itching....& more such are developing in that area...wat to do Sir...Is it a big problem

You might have fungal infection on scrotum,due to itching you might developed few eruptions.
Apply anti fungal cream,take some anti histamines.
Keep that part clean and well shaved.
