Do I Need Any Tests Done If My Fever Persists After Recovering From COVID, Despite Normal Oxygen Levels And Pulse?

I was tested positive for Covid. My 15 days of quarantine are over. And I took Dolo 650 and LCZ as my basic treatment. Besides some supplements for vitamin C and D. I have almost recovered and feel much better now. But my temperature ranges between 99-100.5 at night until now. Do I need to get any tests done because the fever is not going away. (My oxygen levels and pulse are alright)
