Do I Need Surgery To Remove Stye From Both Eyes?

I repeatedly have styes. I have had one stye my right eye for about a month, and 2 days ago another one grew in my left eye. My whole left upper eye lid is swollen, as was my right eye a couple weeks ago. Now in my right eye its just a little bubble but its still their. I don't know if this matters but where the stye in my right eye is I no linger have eyelashes their. What do I do to get rid of both styes ? So far all I have done is put a cloth soaked in hot water and pressed it against my eye. Do I need surgery to remove them?

Hello
Stye is because of inflammation of glands of the eyelids secondary to infection. The treatment of the condition is by oral antibiotics, oral anti-inflammatory drugs and topical antibiotic eye ointment. Applying hot compression provides symptomatic relief.
Surgery is usually not required if the condition is not responding then surgical treatment in the form of incision and drainage is required. But the condition is usually responds to medical treatment and surgery is rarely required.

Thank you
