What Causes Watery Eyes And Blurred Vision?

I have a teary eye and blurred vision in only one eye. Last weekend, thought I was getting stye so did the compresses and eye drops from prior stye problem in summer. No stye, but dripping/teary eye with blurred vision. No pain or discharge and nothing visible. Sounds like a tearduct issue ?

2. Astigmatism.
3. Cataracts.
4. Diabetic retinopathy.
5. Epiretinal membrane.
6. Retinal vein occlusion.
7. Eye infection.
