General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Positive strep B infection is not recommended anymore to be treated during pregnancy but at the time of delivery. So in your case, even though you have already taken the antibiotics you do not need to repeat the test again but take the antibiotics again during delivery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
