Psychiatrist 's  Response
hello user , i understand your concern . among the drugs you have mentioned - pregabalin (lyrica) is reported to reslting in erectile dysfunction in some studies on patients with neuropathic pain.you can discuss the issue with your prescribing physician and judging upon the risk and benefits he may choose to either continue or switch the drug to other ones. however most of the medicines for neuorpathic pain are reported to have similar issues ( although its not a "must" ) because it may be resulting from the underlying neuropathic issues and may subside with resolution of other symptoms . Good luck
