Do Lamisil Along With Venlafaxine And Lorazepam Affect The Condition Of Liver?

I am to begin taking Lamisil orally for 3 months for a nail fungus. My doctor said that I would need to have bloodwork done regularly. I am presently taking Venlafaxine (1/day) and Lorazepam (1/night) and Vimovo (1 - 2 per day) for arthritis. How great are the risks to my liver with the combination of these Rx s?

Venlafaxine is an antidepressant acts as serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRI). It helps to maintain the serotonin levels in the brain which affects the mood. Common side effects are nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, vomiting, lightheadedness, etc. Lorazepam is an anti anxiety drug called as benzodiazepines used to treat anxiety. It produces calming effect in brain. Common side effects are nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, vomiting, loss of coordination, etc.

Vimovo contains Naproxen and Esomeprazole. Naproxen is a NSAID prescribed to reduce pain and inflammation. Common side effects are stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, gastritis, heartburn, etc. Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor prescribed to protect the stomach from the side effects of the drugs such as NSAIDs, etc. Lamisil is an antifungal drug contain Terbinafine which acts by stopping the growth of fungus. Common side effects are diarrhoea, gastritis, etc. In some individual, it causes fatal liver damage. Regular blood investigation to find out the possible liver damage is essential to prevent the damage at the earlier stage.
