Do Levothyroxine, Lipitor Or Furosemide Cause Weakness In The Legs?
I m taking the following meds (have been on about three years) and am experiencing sudden falls. I ve broken bones in both feet and am now in a boot for the 3rd broken bone. The falls come without warning; my legs just give out and I m on the floor. I ve had all sorts of tests and been evaluated by a neurologist, cardiologist and I can t remember how many others who can find nothing wrong. Could any of my meds be causing this problem, or some interaction of my meds? My meds are: alprazolam Lipitor Furosemide Levothyroxine Potassium chloride Sertraline Benadryl Trazadone Thanks for your help. YYYY@YYYY

Do Levothyroxine, Lipitor Or Furosemide Cause Weakness In The Legs?
Hello, * The Furosemide is most possible culprit for weakness in legs via electrolyte disturbances through renal pathway. * Additional deficiency of trace elements or vitamins have to be considered seriously. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
