General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The most common side effects of Lipitor include abdominal discomfort, myalgia, muscle tenderness or muscle weakness, joint pains and diarrhea.

Whereas Lisinopril can cause low blood pressure, dry cough, swelling of the lips, eyes or larynx.

These medications are not known to cause acid reflux. Acid reflux can be best treated with an stomach suppressant like pantoprazole along with domperidone.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
