Do MCBM 69, Cobalin And Biopreg-f Help To Get Pregnant?
Hi Ive been prescribed mcbm 69, cobalin 0.5 mg & biopreg + Is it helpful in conceiving? I ve one miss carriage and found out in usg that it has fibroids and one fallopian tube is blocked. Will these tablets helps in conceiving by overcoming the problem.

MCBM 69, Cobalin and Biopreg-f are multivitamin and multi-mineral supplements which help in preventing or treating vitamin B12 deficiency. It will relieve generalised body fatigue. Biopreg-f will prevent neural tube defects in fetus when taken around the time of conception. I would suggest you to get treated for fibroids which will prevent irregular periods and infertility. These supplements alone cannot help in treating infertility.
