Do MMR Booster Vaccinations Affect Your Fertility Levels?
Hello. I had an mmr booster July 19th. Prior to that my husband and I were trying to conceive but stopped as recommended with the mmr vaccine. I am now 10 days late on my period with four negative urine hcg tests and low back pain. Does the vaccine affect periods, could I be pregnant with a false negative?
Ideally, it is recommended to wait for 28 days after taking the MMR vaccine. Presently, you have negative pregnancy tests. You had been trying for a baby.
HCG shows up faster in the blood than in the urine, wait for some time & get urine as well as blood test done for the presence of HCG to confirm pregnancy.
If you can't wait, you can visit a gynecologist & get physically examined, get a pelvic examination done or an USG (Uterus) done to confirm pregnancy.
In the meantime avoid stress, take nutritious homemade food. Stay away from addictions if any.
